How do you get there?
Hostel Eleven offers 17 rooms, 53 beds and prices from 14 EUR. It is situated right in the centre of Brno, therefore it is quite difficult to park here. We recommend travelling by train or by bus to avoid any inconveniences. In case you are driving your car, you can park it in one of the parking houses Velký Špalíček or Domini park, or you can try to find a free parking spot on Pellicova, Annenská or Kopečná street. If you don´t want to be stressed by looking for a parking lot, then we would advise you to choose our sister hostel, Hostel Fleda, which is not far from the city centre, but there are free parking spots available since they are not limited by residual zones. Travelling by car
- Hostel Eleven is situated right in the historical centre of Brno, where entry without a permit is prohibited.
- Parking is only allowed in designated zones or in the parking houses in the whole area of Brno-střed, and it is not for free.
- The closest parking house is Domini park, you can enter it from the street Husova.
- You can try to find a free parking place on Pellicova, Annenská or Kopečná street, they are about 7 minutes walking distance from our hostel. Parking there is for free, but it could be sometimes a bit tricky to find a spot.
From the Main Train Station
Walking, 10 minutes
- Follow Masaryk street in the direction to the Náměstí Svobody (Brno’s largest square).
- Right before you reach the square turn left and follow Panská street in the direction to shopping center Velký Špalíček.
- Go around Velký Špalíček from the right side and up, following the Dominikánská street. You will soon reach Hostel Eleven.
- The church of St. Michael is on the other side of the street from the hostel (it is quite difficult to overlook it :-).
By Tram, 10 minutes
- You can also take the tram no.12 in the direction Technologický park – Technological park and get off at a stop called Šilingrovo náměstí – Šilingrovo square.
- From the Šilingrovo square you will follow Dominikánská street down and you will soon reach Hostel Eleven.
From the Bus station Zvonařka
- After getting off the bus look for shopping center Vaňkovka.
- Walk through the shopping center, continue straight till you reach the underpass next to the Main Train Station.
- Leave the underpass in the direction – Centrum (Centre)
- After that, follow the instructions under the “From the Main Train Station” section above.
From the Bus station Hotel Grand
- After you get off the bus, go across the street to the Hotel Grand.
- Continue walking towards the shopping center Letmo and you will get to the Main Train Station.
- After that, follow the instructions under the “From the Main Train Station” section above.
From the Airport Brno – Tuřany
- There is a bus stop in front of the Departure hall for the bus line E76 (from 23:00 – 5:00 it is a night bus line N89), which goes directly to the Main Train Station.
- The bus ride is approximately 20 minutes long, depending on the traffic.
- The bus ticket is 25 CZK (discounted ticket is 12 CZK) and you can buy it from a machine inside the airport, in Airport Shop or inside the bus with a contact-less card.
- After that, follow the instructions under the “From the Main Train Station” section above.
Checkin & Checkout
Check-in: daily from 14:00 to 22:00. Check-out: daily from 8:00 to 11:00. In case of special requirements please contact the reception.
Cancellation Policy
If canceled less than 1 day before the date of arrival, 100% of the first night will be charged. For the groups, individual cancellation fees may be applied.
Hostel rules
The hostel rules has to be followed in the entire building. The rules are available in each room and at the reception. Smoking is strictly forbidden in the hostel under the penalty of 75 EUR.

CHECK-OUT IS 8:00 – 11:00. Later check-out means paying for another night. If you want to prolong your stay, please let us know at least one day in advance.
SMOKING IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in hostel under the penalty of 75 EUR.
NO DRUGS, EXCESSIVE ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION OR INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOUR WILL BE TOLERATED. Any guest who compromises the comfort or safety of other guests or staff will be requested to leave the hostel premises and will not be offered a refund.
GUESTS WILL BE EXPECTED TO PAY FOR ANY DAMAGE caused by inappropriate behavior during their stay. Basic price list: mattress 200

DON’T LEAVE THE DOORS AND LOCKERS OPEN. It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure that their personal belongings are secure at all times. Keep the hostel doors closed during the night time.
